KEEP MOISTURE OUT: Bake disc in the oven at 200 degrees for 5-10 minutes to ensure it's bone dry. Fully cool before using. Place disc in any food item you want to keep dry and crisp such as spices, salt, crackers, chips and other pantry staples.
